for Custom Heat Exchanger Development
Mainstream’s Controlled Atmosphere Brazing (CAB) Facility uses a batch process to braze aluminum heat exchangers and other mechanical assemblies. CAB uses an inert gas environment that is faster and lower cost than vacuum brazing. Mainstream has expertise in the design and fabrication of refrigeration condensers and evaporators, liquid-to-liquid and liquid-to-air heat exchangers, coldplates for electronics cooling, and high-rate phase change material thermal energy storage (PCM-TES) devices.
