Mainstream offers a line of process flow cells for in-line monitoring of liquid streams via fiber-coupled spectrometers. These flow cells, originally designed for military applications, are well suited to the most demanding industrial environments.

Compact, Double-pass Visible/NIR Flow Cells

  • Easy to package with co-located fiber-optic connectors
  • Compact, folded, optical path design
  • Compactness of transflectance probe, performance of transmittance probe
  • Lensed design with very low transmission losses
  • Lenses and turning optics not exposed to fluid
  • Adjustable path length
  • Fixed or adjustable focal length optics

Industrial Raman Flow Cells & Probes

  • Probe is co-linear with fluid connections for packaging
  • Design allows for probe to be removed without breaking fluid connections
  • No need to purge lines after removal of probe for recalibration
  • Mates with custom InPhotonics probe built to our specifications
  • Probe features hardened shutter, jacketed cables, and strain-relieved end terminations
  • High temperature (HT, 290°C) and ultra-high temperature (UHT, 500°C) variants available

Compact, Fiber-coupled, In-line Analyzers

  • Short-wave IR (SWIR), UV-Visible, and Raman spectrophotometric analyzers
  • Analyzers include spectrometer, light source, fiber optics, flow cell, and custom calibrations
  • On-board programmable microcontroller for real-time chemometric data analysis
  • Developed for fuel property monitoring and water quality monitoring
