The development of a flexible power distribution module averts the need for a costly custom power solution for each shipboard load. This Navy demonstration effort represents yet another successful power electronics and power conditioning product to emerge from Mainstream’s Advanced Power Electronics Group. By employing the latest semiconductor technology in power electronics coupled with advanced cooling methods, Mainstream has been reducing the cost of ownership while improving reliability and performance.
