Inside Sales Representative
Direct Supervisor by Position: Commercial Sales Manager
Education, Experience and Certifications:
- High School Diploma Required
- College Degree preferred
- 5+ years sales or customer service experience required
- EPA Section 608 certification not required, but would be a benefit
- Prior HVAC/R technical sales experience desired
Job Duties Include:
- Provide a customer base of all past and future business.
- Keep proper phone logs and all customer information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Be courteous and receptive
- Determine customer satisfaction, advertise and promote company's products, monitor the performance of competitors, carry out contract and order review.
Required Skills
- Proficient in order processing software, e.g., MAS90
- Microsoft Outlook, or other email utility
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient in identifying new customers using internet, industry sources and contacts
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Proficient in cold calling
